Clara Lengacher, APRN

Clara is a Family Nurse Practitioner who serves as a primary care provider to adult patients at Yale Health. She started her career as a nurse in the Yale Health Specialty Services Department while pursuing her advanced training at the Yale School of Nursing. Upon graduation, she worked full-time as a primary care clinician at Cornell Scott-Hill Health Center before returning to Yale Health in her current role. She enjoys partnering with her patients in their care to help them live full, healthy lives. Her clinical interests include Community Health, Addiction Medicine, Chronic Disease Management, Thyroid Disorders, and Women’s Health. Clara also precepts APRN students from the Yale School of Nursing.
